1. Digital Services – No Guaranteed Refunds
SEO and digital marketing services are time-based and effort-based services. Due to the nature of the work
performed: – All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced – No refunds will be issued
for work already completed or in progress

2. Monthly SEO Services
For monthly SEO plans: – You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 7 days
before the next billing cycle – Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period – No partial
refunds will be issued for unused time

3. One-Time Projects
For one-time SEO projects: – Payments are non-refundable once the project has started – Delays caused by
lack of client communication or access do not qualify for refunds

4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate service termination. We reserve
the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this policy.
